Foam Hut's Giant Sacks of Love!
What the shapes? That's right! There are different patterns for sewing
these massive and comfortable foam pods that we lounge in for hours
at a time. Is one better than the other? Not necessarily, but they
all have their advantages. Here we try to explain the differences
so that you know what the shape is going on.

The Shape: This sewn pattern is one of the most popular
patterns for foam bags. It's basically sewn like a baseball.
This is the pattern that Lovesac uses.
**The 6' sphere & 6' drum covers are basically the same size & are interchangable (just sewn
differently).**
Advantages: Doesn't matter which way you turn the bag, it sits about the
same way because it's just one big giant, foam-filled baseball. It's big, fluffy,
and comfortable for 3 normal sized people.
Disadvantages: Too big for some rooms?

The Shape: A lot of Lovesack knock-off's use this tube pattern, perhaps because
you can get away with calling it a "6 footer" even though it's only 6' x 4' wide.
That's not necessarily a bad thing. A lot of people prefer the tube because...
Advantages: Its a sofa the long way, and a bed the other way.
It also doesn't take up the entire room. Perfect for smaller rooms like dorm rooms.
Disadvantages: Not round?

Advantages: Turn it on its side, and it acts more like a chair like the sphere shapes,
but when on its flat side it acts more like a bed and is more comfortable for sleeping (better
bed replacement).
Disadvantages: Doesn't make drum noises?
